  • Do you price match?
    Yes, we will match another store's prices. But they must have a storefront. We will not match prices for home dealers that take cash only.


  • Do you offer delivery?
    Yes, we do our own deliveries. FREE Within 10 miles (with $500+ purchase) $40.00 0 - 20 miles $60.00 20 - 40 miles $80.00 40 - 60 miles $1.10/mile Over 60 miles $1.00/mile Over 100 miles $20.00 Extra for 2rd or 3rd floor deliveries.


  • Do you set up the furniture?
    We can set up, if you request it. There is a $40 fee for set up. Although most of the furniture comes with the tools you will need to set it up, and a good set of instructions. The fee for set up for bunk beds & dining room sets is $50.00. The fee for setting up coffee tables or bedroom sets is $40.00.


  • Where are you located?
    We are at the corner of 45 South & Dixie Farm Rd./Ellington Field, exit #30. We are on the northeast corner of that intersection, right next door to Subway & Kwal Paints.


  • Does this furniture have a warranty?
    Most of our furniture does not have a warranty beyond the 30-day manufacturer's guarantee. We do however offer a 5-year warranty plan that comes all of the furniture on your invoice for an additional $100. And if it's your fault (or your children's), they will fix it for FREE... and if they can't fix it, they pay for a new one!


  • Where can I see the furniture?
    We really don't have much in stock & have a small variety of furniture in our showroom. As we stated, we work alot like Buy Direct. Where you order mostly from catalogs. It's a give & take. PROS: The prices are a fraction of what the big stores cost! CONS: You are not able to see the furniture in person first, but it is the same furniture & name brands that you are probably familiar with and seen elsewhere.


  • What happens if the furniture is damaged or defective?
    We ask that you notify us within 3 days after getting the furniture delivered or picking it up. Beyond 3 days, it is to our discretion whether we exchange it or not. We ask that you thoroughly inspect your furniture immediately after setting it up in your home. This furniture gets moved from port to port, warehouse to warehouse... so damage is more common that most people think. It may be of a bit of an inconveinance, but we will do our best to swap it out immediately. It is also an inconveinance for us too, we have to spend more gas & time, because of a manufacturer's default. So please be patient. Even though problems arise, we still want to keep our customers satisfied.


  • How do I get prices for furniture that I want?
    You can just email us with the item number and the name of the manufacturer, and we can email you back a price within minutes. We suggest that you do not call for pricing. Emailing is the fastest & most efficient way. It also serves as a quick reference. If you vaguely remember the price we quoted, we can pull up the email we sent you to verify it. This prevents any confusion.


  • What do you have in stock?
    We don't have too much in stock & our inventory changes from day to day. Currently we have most of our futons IN STOCK, most of our tv stands IN STOCK, we have 10 girl's white daybeds (see FEATURED SPECIALS - on home page). If an item is not in stock in our warehouse, we can order it & have it within a few days!


  • How soon will I get my furniture?
    We can possibly do same day delivery (considering what items you have ordered and whether or not they are in stock with our manufacturer's warehouses). If we do not have an item in stock, but our local manufacturer's warehouse does, then we can have your furniture by the next business day. If it's not in stock, we will have to BACK ORDER it, up to 2-3 weeks if we're waiting on it from California. And 4-6 weeks if we are waiting from overseas.
